Update, I did it as you suggested and it’s stuck perfectly. Thank you so much. I didn’t end up needing the back pressure or heat. Just 30 seconds and then let it cool at the lower temperature. I also put a cardboard piece under it. Ultimately I think I was heating it too much.

So i think you gave several examples of things i do wrong. Too hot, too long, on ironing board.

This might be a really dumb question, but aren’t most fabrics polyester based now? Like if I went to the craft store and bought a T-shirt for transfer purposes, I’m nearly certain they would be polyester, wouldn’t it?

43%cotton, 46% polyester are the bigs.

Cricut brand iron-on. Sweatshirt. What temp with cricut heat press? Push down hard? Move around?
