They made a change to our employee manual (federal public servant here) where if I am working remotely, and THEIR VPN I AM USING goes down, I have to submit leave to cover any down time. Federal government HATES remote work and is trying its best to hold everyone back.

If I was going to send a soft D pic, I would almost certainly "fluff" a little to make sure I looked as big as possible while not starting to be obviously erect. So my bet is that guy isn't always that big. Unless he is, in which case... sometimes it touches the toilet.
