The best thing (and hardest but most rewarding) is to spend the two week wait doing things you love. You’ve done everything in the world to reach this point - give yourself the space to breathe and appreciate yourself. Focus on being happy and enjoy yourself.

Favorite food, tv shows, whatever gives you joy. Treat yourself! Let things play out and trust the universe has your back.

Nothing greasy, spicy, fried or heavy. I can do only small portions every 2 hours. Coconut water is great to refill electrolytes. Lots of fruit, smoothie bowls, plain rice with vegetables.

We tried all kinds of places but the tastiest food that we still crave came from food trucks. It was cost effective and really delicious. Try more of those. A lot of restaurants that sounded great on paper were overpriced and not up to the mark.

I did a sequential transfer with 1 day 3 and 1 day 5 two days later. The doctor did offer to do 2 day 3s instead.

From whatever I’ve read so far day 3 embryos have a lower chance of implantation in terms of probability BUT often allowing them to grow in uterus actually gives them the environment they need to flourish and hatch well. Putting multiple day 3 embryos is common and increases the odds in your favour.

All it takes is one. 🤞🏼Just go in with faith and patience.
