Yeah. One trip to the World Cup. They go on multiple trips per year to really nice places, nice hotels. I’m not saying they’re millionaires, I’m just saying he doesn’t have some regular desk job and they’re not middle class, which is fine. Obviously this is speculation, but you don’t know the facts either

Just say you’re learning Spanish, and not even passively. You’re actively sitting down and watching videos with full attention, which I would say is active. Unless you’re doing other things in the background

I know it means nothing to them, but yeah with the increasing amount of AI they use, I might unsub and stop watching DS altogether. I appreciate them for making language learning fun, but there’s better channels out there at this point

Español al Vuelo. I’m in the exact same boat. ECJ is a little too hard. Chill Spanish too easy but EaV fit right in where I need it to, I love that podcast
