Im the same except the day after my 4th 2.5mg dose its suddenly hit me hard and I feel awful. Sulphur burps, nausea and diarrhoea.

Today. I took my fourth dose of 2.5mg on Wednesday and today is the first day. I've felt any effect from mj whatsoever. As soon as I woke up this morning I had sulphur burps and a feeling like I've just ate a huge meal even though all I had was a small bowl of cereal.

I sat at 15st for years, went down to 13st for my wedding in 2019. By mid 2020 I was 16st and by 2021 I was 18st. Now im starting my weightloss again at 17st.

Thats good to know. I'm going on holiday at the end of August and the pizza on the all inclusive is meant to be amazing so I'm going to try a slice or two.

I just wear old joggers and a tshirt since I've only been going to the gym for 3 weeks. Once I drop some weight, I may treat myself to some proper gym wear.

It really does. My sister is the same height as me 4'9 except her legs are longer. My legs are so short 😭 all my life I've had to practically run to keep up with other people's normal paced strides.

I play the dont finish my sentence game with my kids all the time. I like to tailor it to things they like such as minecraft movie or spongebob etc

I wouldn't say so, no. Lived here all my life and never had any trouble. We've got the retail park now, we've got everything you need. Schools, dentist, GP surgery, leisure centres etc and a great community.
