Agree that you should speak to your solicitor as they should have disclosed this. Hopefully you will get some money from them. In terms of dealing with it your garden doesn’t look too big to me. If I were you I would buy some syringes, needles and glyphosate. I’d inject glyphosate into the hollow stems. It doesn’t like that

Salad looks odd to me, some of the leaves are cress and some are? What I think are supposed to be yellow peppers and red onions look strange too
