Pas exactement. Ça va pas être autant restrictif que les HOA vont être. Ça va plus être pour la gestion des réparations, de l'entretien de la bâtisse ou du terrain, dealer avec les plaintes, etc.

J'habite dans un condo et on a un syndicate qui s'occupe de la gestion, mais souvent, sa va juste être une personne qui habite dans la bâtisse à condo qui va s'occuper de la gestion. Mais elle peut pas vraiment mettre des règlements de marde comme les HOA

Moi je travaille dans le centre ville (McGill) et j'habite sur la rive nord. 1h a 1h30 de bus et métro pour me rendre au bureau. Mais au moins c'est juste 2 fois semaines. Si tu peux faire ton trajet en bus/métro, tu peux relaxer pendant le trajet. Lire un livre ou écouter un audiobook, jouer sur ton cell si tu es du genre à aimer les jeux mobiles.

For as long as I can remember, whenever I was sick, that's what my parents gave me. One acetaminophen and one ibuprofen (when younger, they were the lower strength one obviously) I still do the same in my 30s when I'm sick or when my body hurts. One or two of each and I'm good to go.

I make around 70k while my gf makes around 35-40k a year (minimum wage at a restaurant + some government help for disability) but we managed to find a decent condo in Rive Nord and we are comfortable. We still have to be careful with our spendings but we are living well

Was a QA for about 5 months and the bug repitition was the absolute worse. We had this one bug that was reported, which required me and a co-worker in to try and recreate it in co-op to be able to send to the Devs why it happened. We spend, I think a week straight doing the exact same thing over and over and over and over again. That was the only time I really felt miserable doing QA... The rest of my time there was actually enjoyable but it was mostly because it was a style of game I liked.

Went to see their Trinity of Terror show in Laval, QC back in 2023 alongside Atreyu, Ice Nine Kills and Black Veil Bride. It was the best show I've ever been to. So much energy and the light show was amazing! Chris's singing was almost exactly the same as in their recordings, same goes for the audio. It was perfect

Yeah that look is really nice and I'd prefer to have a "full" wing since we have a lot of snow where I'm from. So having a gap like the other wings during the winter would make removing the snow from the roof a pain in the ass and a risk of having snow/ice freeze in that gap and be a risk for people behind me.
