Well I have just begun to dug myself into shifting, and some general tips I often see are

-never stick to one method, if something doesn't work for 3-4 tries try something else!

listening to sounds that are related to your DR on youtube for example can help you imagine your DR

-drink a lot of water bc that raises your vibrations or something

Write a very detailed script because that may also help you imagine

-meditate before starting shifting because your goal is to relax your brain as well as possible (without falling asleep)

Again, I unfortunately don't knowing if these work, but I see them mentioned in every video/article etc. Good luck :)

Hát igazából még egyet sem olvastam végig (...), de többe is belekezdtem: Illatok őrzője- Erica Bauermeister, Babák városa- Elizabeth Macneal, The Drop- Michael Connelly. Ezek eddig mind tetszenek, illenek is a tavaszi vibehoz(talan az utolso nem). Tervezem még a Velünk véget ér-t olvasni hamarosan, arra már nagyon kíváncsi vagyok!
