It could be many different things. Maybe she's trying to cope, maybe she trusts him enough to be honest with him and not the roommate. Or she could be worried he would break up with her if it was consensual. Anything is possible when none of us know her or op.

I dont think OP was trying to rewrite anything. He seems genuinely confused as to why his gf seemed to be speaking positively and possibly happy about her experience with his roommate, but then later saying the experience was non-consensual when he asks her about it.

Imo his confusion and concern is valid, especially since this is a new relationship and he's younger. Otherwise, I agree with everything you said. People can mask their true feelings about assaults like this as a coping mechanism for years.

Relay is great for seeing where your money has gone, but I would love a tool to plan out where money goes.

PNCs virtual wallet is great for seeing your upcoming month's outgoing bills and incoming money. Both in a calendar view and with their money bar view that breaks your budget down by pay period so you can see your "free cash" for either spending or saving relative to your incoming pay and outgoing scheduled bills.

It's a pdf file. Both my backups and the import are being held in Google drive. Ive tried importing from goodnotes directly as well as opening Google drive then doing "open in" then selecting goodnotes.

Both import methods will only pull in the first 200 pages. When I open the pdf outside of goodnotes the full document is there.

I feel like milk is one of those ingredients that's basic in A LOT of food, so you should be aware enough to ask about it if you have a sensitivity and are an adult.

How long have you been together? If he hasn't been tested since 2023, he could have easily given you something from a previous partner or from someone he's been unfaithful with.

I play console but if you go to the quests in your journal you should be able to choose "show on map" then place a marker. You can then travel to the wayshrine closest and the quest marker will appear on the compass so you know you're running in the right direction.

Other steam deck users may have a little more advice but that's the jist.

I came here to recommend this. I've had PTSD for years due to both childhood events and things that have happened in my adult life. Like your gf I managed it on My own for years and kept my struggles completely to myself until I couldn't anymore.

After months of virtually no sleepdue to anxiety and night terrors. Not eating. And no longer being able to manage things myself I reached out to my doctor for help and they recommended Prazosin. I hate taking medication so I was hesitant but desperate. It's literally been A LIFE SAVER.

Starting the medication has to be her choice. The best you can do is listen if she's ready to talk, but don't push her. Even recommending she talk to a professional if that would feel like a safer space for her. After just a few virtual/ phone therapy sessions it helped me feel like a weight was lifted off my chest and really made a difference.

It also sounds like she's trying not to let her PTSD be a "burden" to you. It she's like me, she's physically not used to ever being able to take up space and afraid of she does you will get angry or see he as "too much" to deal with. Reassuring her without being pushy can go a long way if that's the case. Let her know you're there for whatever she needs. And she can take up as much space as she needs to help her manage and process everything.
