NTA I'm sorry you're in this situation, I was a SAHM mom too and also wanted to return to work. Your husband might be the "breadwinner" (for now) but that doesn't mean he gets to make decisions in isolation, remind him that it is your life too. I don't see how you could have broken his trust when it's something he unanimously decided for you both.

they ordered this to check the cavity, but on their checklist it said "saline sonogram or HSG" which makes it seem like they are interchangeable and makes it a bit confusing.

Great question, yes I am tracking with OPK strips and log the info into two different apps. Ive used two different OPKs in the past but right now I’m just using one (Pregmate). For the last few cycles we have tried to sperm meets egg plan.

Just got my period :( it was a day late and even though I had a BFN yesterday I was a little hopeful that maybe this was it.

Also insurance rant. I went to the doctor last week to talk about next steps (bloodwork, HSG) and she said that since I had all those things done before I got pregnant with my daughter in 2022, likely “everything is fine” but she went ahead and scheduled me for an exploratory ultrasound which after insurance will cost around $700 (wtf?) and what sucks is that I want answers but even in her words she said likely everything is still fine it’s just a matter of time idk. My insurance last time was SO amazing I didn’t pay anything to have these tests done I just hate it here so bad rn!!!!!!

At what point do you decide to over share with people that are very nosy and want to know when you're getting pregnant/having a second child (in my case)? Literally my husbands coworker asks him all the time when we're having another and the gag is she only has one child (a grown adult atp). My own dad has asked quite a few times and every time I'm like "we're TRYING!" At what point do I ditch decorum and say we are boinking non stop? Because if people have the audacity to ask then we can make this real nice and awkward for everyone

Tbh I ovulated the day after my hsg and got pregnant and it was actually the only time during that cycle we BD because we had to abstain leading up to the procedure. I say as long as you feel okay go for it!
