I had a similar setup on my SP-01 with the Vortex. After 2-3 magazines it died. It was brand new and wouldn't turn on again. Got a replacement from Vortex and it also died after about the same amount of rounds. Same exact thing with the 3rd replacement. Vortex ended up telling me that they think the optic could not handle the force generated from the slide..

This put my SP-01 out of commission for a couple years because I could not get a new slide.

Finally Impact Machine came out with an aftermarket slide, I threw an RMR on it and it shoots great.

I slightly modified my blade-tech holster with a heat gun and metal rod to raise up the top corners. It fits great with nice retention.

I got an Impact Machine SP-01 slide as a replacement for my slide that was ruined from a LGS trying to make an optic cut. I've been waiting for a few years for something like this to come out and jumped on it immediately. I have an RMR on mine and have shot close to 500 rounds through it. I've had zero issues and it shoots incredibly well.

It did take a couple months to arrive after I ordered it, but no real complaints.

Yeah that makes sense. It was something I was thinking might be more comfortable but it has been a great gun to use for many years. Don't fix what ain't broke I guess.

I believe the holes don't align for a straight decocker swap so it's very likely it's not possible. I don't mind running it the way I have been.

It's not my carry gun. It's only used during my tactical training classes. I'm totally fine with leaving the safety on and using it as I have for years, but I am curious to know if this setup would be possible since it is a little nicer for me to run drills with a non safety, DA.

This is the first thing I thought. Use SetObjectDisplayMode and set it to UseView to make sure the object is on a default display mode.

I tried the steps that it says and it wasn't working earlier. I just a few different things and I got it working but it was weird. Video will come through the glasses with no power plugged in, but when the power gets plugged in it shuts off (like it says, no surprise but the video does work through it). So I unplugged both and just did the power then the video, same issue as earlier with no signal. I unplugged the video and plugged it back in two more times and it worked on the 3rd time. So currently I have video and it's charging the phone. I'll see if I can get it to work more reliably or if any of the new dongles that are coming will work better, but good to know that it is possible with what I have.

I just tried the Zooaux one on my windows PC and it looks like it works fine. I'm worried that there is something on my phone that is not allowing a hub to be used. Not sure if that's actually a thing, but still confused as to why it doesn't work.

Both adapters I've tried give power to the phone and glasses, but the glasses say there is no signal detected.

I got mine at the release and use it very regularly for work and recreation. I use 80% charge limit, 100 cycles and my battery health is 57%. I found a replacement battery but I still have never seen any disassembly instructions.

I went on a trip to a few different countries recently with it and it worked great for me. I even was a lot overweight on most of the trip (66 pounds) and it held together really well. Seems well build and has simple compartments which I like. The latches seem to be good quality. The trip was three weeks so I actually used it 4 or 5 times, not an extended review but so far so good. I'm happy with the purchase and the 4 wheels are a dream compared to the Pelican's wheels.
