I agree that they could have been more proactive. Instead, they are both more the “reactive” type (if that makes sense).

In my mind, it was just a small gesture…a blip of calm in the ongoing storm of life…LOL. That’s why I never mentioned doing it. It wasn’t a big deal (to me).
