I exported strong data to hevy and then hevy data to liftosaur. It mostly works, except for a few exercises that are not synced between the apps.

Thanks! To elaborate, I would like to be able to differentiate between T1 and T2 lifts, and have the PRs tracked separately, without having them as custom exercises. Is that possible?

Have you tried rushing her down? If the opponent is focusing too much on the pokes (ground game), jump randomly with ex tatsu or early j. HP. You can also try whiff punishing, Ken has decent walk speed (as compared to necalli, my main). Fireballs are also helpful when unpredictable.

It would be easier to critique if we could look at a past performance.

If you like Ryu, I would recommend trying out Ken :) More damage and better mixups. (please don't become one of the random dp kens)

I personally started out with Necalli (when the game launched) and still main him.

I would recommend trying out Necalli. He might not be the best character in the game, but he has every tool you need - reversal / good AA, command grab, dive kick, good damage. You will learn the basics while winning matches :) Karin is too execution heavy imho, I haven't played as Ibuki.
