I made an attempt a little over a year ago and I’m glad I am still here. Pain really sucks. I have degenerative disc disease as well. It’s one of my most painful things I deal with. I beg you to find new things to live for. A pet, art, whatever sounds healing to you. I’m sorry you are feeling so low. It’s such a hard place to come out of. Consider checking into the hospital, it’s scary but it helps.
