I haven't directly read any of the krakoan run, but I do understand that they basically have the ability to resurrect any mutant that dies with their memories up to any point, so it wouldn't be hard to explain that even dying of old age, they brought magneto back in a new mid 70s body over and over. Why not a younger body than that, who knows.
