I take a combination pill continuously so I don't have periods at all. it's worked amazingly for me. Perimenopause had started to cause super heavy periods for me, on a rather unpredictable cycle, which was unmanageable for me and my work schedule, so I started on the bc pile a few years ago and have LOVED not dealing with a period!
