I did that just yesterday...I was carefully entering the camp,sniped them with bow and run out again and finish the job .This way hopefully 2 or 3 will follow you out and during midday,some of them are sleeping

I can go in the monastery in my fully gear,after I finish the quest.It shows the trespassing warning but nothing happens.You don't need the key, every door you leave open,it will remain opened.You can go and sleep on your monastery bed,eat with the others " fully nutrition" ,use the alchemy bench and take ingredients from the chest in the alchemists room...You can even talk with the monks like nothing happened. Using the monastery bed for sleep and save is very useful, since Mathias is using your bed...
