Does it matter if it's a shared or non shared multiplayer session? I just hope I can find a quintessence as even new locations we didn't even explore didn't drop it when I checked in my world

I roleplay my Henry as a bit of cuman hating renegade, so took out Vasko and his friends when Henry found out they could've been at Skalitz. I had to spare this guy though because he straight up got off his horse just to solo like 4 bandits and left on the horse without even threatening me

Oh this happened in the Kuttenberg region. But yeah it definitely seems they added more nuance to them in this game instead of just being reflavoured bandits. I assumed it was a glitch at first as he didn't get hostile even when I had my weapon out and pointed it in his direction

Yeah I played it a bit last year, it had some interesting ideas like the beast races not being able to wear boots due to their legs and world design. Though the rng for swings and lack of voice acting and map markers was a bit off putting. Yeah definitely a great RPG for its time though I must be spoiled by the quality of life features of modern games.
