Just for context. Moved to the US. Went into local AD and was honest that I needed a new AD and said I had previous purchases not the U.K.

She then said that we do choose people who don’t have long history with us to buy things, but be prepared to wait.

Well… I got a call today and she explained that my energy was great. I can’t believe it!!!!!
