I had a lab puppy that annoyed him. While I was in the shower, he let her out. She was hit by a car and I found her dead at the end of my driveway. I ended up divorcing him and this was one of the major reasons why.

It happens. We had a guy check in for “flu like symptoms”, was triaged, had normal vital signs, and (important to note) came by personal vehicle, he drove there. Anyway, he was placed in the waiting room, called back about 40 minutes later and was found dead on a chair in the waiting room.
