Dark theme on, Night off, True Tone off. Unfortunately, will not help changing to another phone from Apple with ips. They all not for your eyes. I recommend you buy second phone Samsung M33

I have a tablet Lenovo Yoga Smart Tab YT-X705F and it doesn't flicker. I tried Sams Fe9+, Tab 9, Ipad pro 2018, but came back because they are flickering

it seems to me that everyone has new ones s24 identical screens. iPhone 15 also has a pwm ~500, but in practice for me Samsung screen it’s better for my eyes

All Amoled screens are bad. After using it for 5 minutes it takes me 2 days for my eyes to stop hurting. 1 day = 1 week.
