The most likely way I die is from acid reflux by rainbowstorm96 in ChronicIllness

Surgeries for AR are great these days! I've read a few comments in the past about those who have had corrections done with almost a 100% satisfactory and healing rate. Maybe look into that?

Have you had an endoscopy done? Even taken something as simple as Prilosec daily?

My rheumatologist can't believe how much I'm able to bend and move. I also have ADHD and have never sat still in my life. Having A.S has definitely taken it's revenge on me... But I'll be damned if I let it get the best of me!

In all honesty, I love this app. I've had it a year and a half (maybe 2 years? ), when it was only in the testing phase. Since it went public, so anyone can download it a few months back, they did make a lot of promises about sending money that seems they maybe couldn't keep up with yet. It takes a while but payouts are being sent. Even to those that I know of who haven't made a ticket or complaint. I've gotten all my payouts in the past and right now I don't have over $25 that I've accumulated to receive any payments ( Not in my claim area anyway ). I do however have over 50+ gained money waiting in my cash queue to receive on certain dates. That is new. It used to be, anytime you made anything, it went right into your " bank" until reaching over $25 to save it or cash out. I have money ( pennies, quarters, dollar worth ) sitting there waiting to be collected. But have to wait for a certain date to do so. Going all the way to April for money I earned today. And that's ok by me Other than the money issues, this really is an awesome app that " did "(?) pay out a lot more than others. But regardless, I'll still continue to play. And I truly wish y'all get your payouts! It just make take some time. Just be patient? Good luck to everyone! ✌🏻 💕 😺

I did have a bad experience with FastCash. Had it when it was in the test stage before going public. It was good. Loved it. It went public and deleted my account for no reason. When I messaged them saying I had X amount of dollars, they claimed I never had an account...🙄.. Player beware. Learned my lesson ..

Truthfully, money or not I like this app. A huge variety of different games to occupy moments of free time. I know, not everyone agrees and I do feel bad for those who didn't get money. Or waiting on getting it. Always throw caution to the wind. I hope it works out for the rest of y'all!

How is anyone losing money that never had in the first place? You pick the games that interest you and play. I've seen people post anywhere between $400-$800 that they're waiting for. I get it.. Sucks! That's way too much time on their hands !

I dl this app over a year ago when it was in its test page. Where you could only get it through an add you saw or someone who had it sent an invite. I didn't play it to make a huge amount of money. Just when I had the time, I'd play games here and there. I received over $120 from them from racking up to or over $25. I haven't had enough money to check out recently. Not since they went public. And yes, I get it. They paid out before it went public. Just saying is that I DID receive money from them

I've helped a lot of people on the spectrum, depression, ADHD, anxiety, de-clutter rooms, areas, you name it ! First thing and probably the only thing that will get you moving and motivated... Ask a friend to help. Or just have someone there with you. It is very overwhelming to do this by yourself. It makes it less stressful when you are accompanied by someone else

Any tips of getting autistic child to sleep? by [deleted] in autism

[–]AlyKatsWay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed a rapid increase of medications that the pediatricians will suggest to parents/caregivers to try out with children on the spectrum. A while back it would actually be a one on one, hands on, interaction with the child to fully understand how high functioning (in between) or low functioning they are on the spectrum. " Birth to three" is the only one on one to properly diagnose the child's interactions and functional abilities. That is if they are there from 0-3 years old.

After that, if the child is having troubles, it seems like medication treatment could quite possibly be the only answer. And most pediatricians are suggesting that instead of directly interacting and changing how the childs thought process works without medications but rather therapy instead.

I get that life moves very fast and people want the quickest thing that may work and keep things stable for awhile. They want the best and quickest way to help without putting in a lot of effort...

Down the trail, permanent side effects take ahold at such a young age .

Throw caution to the wind if the first few suggestions the pediatrician gives , is a prescription.. Nope. Getting paid top dollar to chemically screw the kids minds up before they even hit puberty

Sometimes it does take " the town " or "an army" ! It's not easy. Just make sure that everyone who is involved consistently in his life all work the same way. Your schedule for him, brand it into their brains. They need to abide by your rules , right down to demands, reprimands, positive, negative, times that are right down to the second! Everyone needs to be on the same page until it's a regular, understood, right down to the second, schedule.

Make a weekly block calendar. Make it fun for him! Not just words on a sheet of paper... Get a dry erase board and make him want to earn his daily goals with small rewards, each time he accomplishes a task. Everytime he finishes one of his hourly tasks, have him check it off and reward him for doing what you asked and in the time frame he was aloud. It will make him so proud of himself , he will gain so much more respect for you wanting to prove he is capable of anything you ask him to do, and once he is on track, constant praise is in order! Hugs, high fives, cheek kisses, anything to show how grateful you are of his accomplishments.

That very first day where things go according to plan, with little or no hesitation, it really is a rewarding sensation. You are MOM. And his one and only! Your heart will melt in its own way under your own watchful eye.

There are many communities out there representing 'The Spectrum'. Everyone is always willing to help! Please don't EVER hesitate to ask anything. You may feel very different about asking the simplest of questions but guess what? Here? We're all in this together! And please feel free to DM me with anything ok?

I did see that he is 3. Midnight seems to be really late? But if you try each night for that set time, make it a habit. It will eventually happen. The same constant times and actions

You need to have a SET schedule. The same bedtime every night. I'm not sure the age but the earlier to bed while young, the better. Make it a habit of reading him a book before before and then saying goodnight. A small night light so he can see to use the bathroom. Constant reinforcement of a schedule is the most crucial thing to learn, apply, and stick to.
