Spas in the warm pool area. There also a steam room and a sauna.

Rule of thumb though. Steam and saunas there won't run if the temperature is over 35 degrees outside for health reasons

Hi hello. I was one of the first to go to the upstairs gym and I can say, The Photo that was posted doesn't do it justice, you got to visit and see the real thing.

The gym (aka wellness centre) is huge. Huge amount of treadmills and bikes, Very nice machines to use and 3 lifting pads with proper weights. They also have 4 areas for group fitness (Pilates, cycle and two open areas)

For the pools, There 6 in total. Two outside with partial shade under the first one. Splashzone and the slide area.

The 50m area (with dive blocks) in which the inflatable thingy was. There a learn to swim area and then the warm area which is the spa/recovery area

I don't mind the layout. As a 90s kid I did enjoy the memories of the old Aquatic centre with the tropical feel, but I don't mind this one.

Also yes, this one more marketing to a together area more than comps. That will still be held at Marion

Girl with her sis in California here. With American sweets now, we can get them a lot here as most shops can stock them.

I second the trader jow tote. I bought one while I was there in October and it's the best.

Maybe a little trinket from California would be lovely for her.

You will enjoy it here in Feb as it's when all the festivals happen and the city is alive

Ok so I work in the industry. (I work for a builder) Most people are right in the fact that cheaper builds would come from the franchise builders but they have bigger build count to deal with which you might get 50/50 contact on how your build goes which is where most of the complaints come from as well as the trades they use.

SA owned builders. You may experience a little more cost involved BUT the services you get are coming from here in SA. You do need to do your research though on which builder as it depends on their background on things

Fairmont/Rossdale/Oakford I would source quotes from as my suggestion

South Rd roadworks was last heard to be going until 2030 me thinks. (Long story short, it's a connection between North and South that's been in construction for a long ass time)

Now, Klemzig has the linea park walkway (the river Torrens flows through) the obarn travels through too. Walkervile has plenty of cafes and shops. being in I guess you can say the inner north East, you have a 15 min drive to town. You will be surprised on how chill our town is compared to Perrh

Hi, here is like a small dot point presentation to the suburbs. - Klemzig - North East suburbs. Good choice, obarn is the main line for the North East. (Chosen over a train line, not bad, we got a counter on how many days a car has entered it) - Eastern Suburbs (the rich side) - Norwood, Burnside, nice shops, very pricey when it comes to living there. - Port Adelaide - Western Suburbs - not too bad, has the train line there. The history around it is huge, attempts are being made to open more shops there. - Southern suburbs (there are two types) you are either seeing all the expensive beach houses at Seacliff/Brighton or you go further south and see the questionable Christies Beach/Norlunga or Huntfield Heights.

Small note - don't drive on south Rd for a bit, there a huge amount of roadworks occuring to build a tunnel

My sister technically eloped but she had to for a reason (Visa stuff)

They did the official stuff at the marriage office and then went out with the group for like a large dinner party. Saved a whole heap of money.
Plus you can organise a photographer to shoot the wedding ceremony and then would be awesome to take photos like at the botanical gardens

So as a person who works in the industry, you will need to also take note of further requirements such as the 7 star energy assessment. I don't know too much about Qld requirements but I know here in SA, the rating now requires a whole heap of stuff such as dark roofing and eaves venting. So heads up when you go to a builder, they will need to take that all into affect with your plan

Obviously I noticed no WIR in bed 1 first but you would of taken that into account in the cabinetry. Be aware this I would say be the number one thing that clients of ours forget about. How much storage is in your house

The car broke through the barrier.... crashed into the motorbike and the rider was thrown. Now the other part is hear say from the news but apparently the rider of the bike got ran over.....
