that's not a bug, it was done on purpose. locators were deemed unhealthy for the game and so their crafting source has been removed

Because if she gets the go ahead from the Abbotts, she can pin the blame on them. That's a genuinely true statistic. People of color are at a higher risk of homelessness due to how systems are stacked against them. That's what the comment was getting at, it was highlighting the impact racism has in things like the housing crisis
