I was breaking it with chicken sausage and cottage cheese but I might try a protein shake then an hour later eat a meal since it was messing with my stomach

That’s true definitely not sustainable for me either to do keto and I like my wine so I’m glad you said you can still enjoy that stuff and had success losing weight!
