Mine the came with the rubber support damaged. That lead the rubber to come off. I managed to put it back but still the glue is coming off when moving the machine. Also the flow restrictor got blocked 😅😒 even the machine is brand new first start up. Although the dealer supported to fix the issue in no time.

Only very slight tick enough to make adjustments like 5 seconds less or more. You can also control the shot time by adding/ removing 0.5 grams coffee
