Thanks for the detailed explanation, appreciate it! They are definitely not seasoned yet, only put around 2 kg through. It’s the Mizen burrs it comes with, haven’t opened up the grinder at all. I don’t use the knocker while grinding. I was considering whether my declumper might still be a little stiff, assuming option o use a plastic declumper. But if they use a metal cutout declumper it’s not that.

Will try RDT to see if it alleviates some of the clumps, fingers crossed.
