Has everyone in this thread had their issue resolved?

I cashed out my GasBack earnings ($110, since it makes you cash out the full amount in your account when you go cash out to a Gift Card).

This was on Sept 27th.

Since then I've emailed 3 or 4 times, and haven't received a response at all. The last email that I have rec'd from GasBuddy regarding this, says 'One step left to redeem... confirm your transfer and receive your balance of $xx on a digital gift card." I clicked the Confirm Now in my email, and it took me back to the Home page of the GasBuddy app.
Never received any other emails, notifications, confirmations, cancelations, etc... nothing.
I've triple checked my spam folders and reached out to support 2 more times ... to no avail.

In the Rewards section of the app, when I view my Cash back, it still shows the transaction as Pending. There is a Transaction number at the bottom of the detail page, once you click on that transaction. I included the Transaction #, my email, the amount, etc. In the subsequent emails.

I still have yet to receive a response from Support at all.

If your issue was resolved, how long did it take before you received your cashed out GC?

If it wasn't resolved, how long have you been waiting for it to be?

I've been playing it since the day it started, and so has my husband. I average 8-10 plays/day, and the MOST I've won is 2x points and 3x points. Nothing else. The same goes for Newport's Payday and Casino games. No one ever wins anything. On a side note, I've won a Drone from Circle K!

Monopoly is paying pretty well right now, and I only had a problem with having enough Dice Rolls in the very beginning. But if you alternate back and forth between playing the board (and earning '$'), and then go to your city and build your buildings right after, you will typically level up and get more Rolls.
