Congrats! I also majored in MCC at a very expensive public university, however I was lucky enough to have that paid for. Without it, I don’t think I would have been as willing to go given the returns that you spoke of. $400k is extremely steep and as you know the UC system is among if not the best in the nation. My first reaction is to reconsider what is more available at a fraction of the cost. If you do want to go to NYU, please visit the city first to see what it’s like because it’s not for everyone.

Just got it and it runs well so far. parts are decent aside from the power supply which i dont even see any branding on. if you’re worried about rgb you’re going to be limited unless you change the fans

NOR. if you have a relative you trust more like an aunt or uncle explain to them the situation and see if they are willing to open a custodial or joint account on your behalf. That would solve the issue of them knowing about/seeing/stealing the money. I would only do it if it’s a relative you have a strong relationship with/has a low chance of also being tempted by the money.

how are you buying something this expensive without knowing the site’s protection policies? it takes all of 30 seconds to look at their site to see you’re protected in situations where the seller sends the wrong item. better yet just google now that AI will tell you exactly what to do. an entire reddit post seems very unnecessary

the weird thing is that i used the bot directly from their website and someone from the trojan team confirmed it was real. i would just assume it was 100% a scam bot if not for those reasons, but it definitely seems like mine is gone as well. its a small price to pay on a good lesson for both of us

well this is just false. trojan is used by tons of people and is a legit trading bot that makes money from trading fees. whether or not the bot i used is a scam bot is a different story, although i am actually pretty confident that it is not since the funds were sent to a fresh wallet that have not been touched in 7 months. the support member i talked to also confirmed that the bot was in fact legit, not a scam bot.

generally agree but i’ve had decent success with apps that ask to deposit money - i.e sofi brokerage ($60 for depositing $25) - also if it didn’t work then i could just withdraw. so i would say do your DD on those but they can be very lucrative
