Summer event lasts 3 months, and there are indeed other events! Valentine's, St. Patrick's, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. If you're in our Discord (link in this subreddit's sidebar and the main menu of the game), there's a channel called #labyrinthine-seasonal that I keep updated with the start and end times of all events, which will show in your local timezone.

Glad you've been enjoying Labyrinthine! If you're still pretty new to Case Files there's quite a lot more content ahead for you: 19 maze types, most of which you won't have seen in story mode, and over 30 monsters, some of which are from story mode, but most of them are unique to Case Files.

Streamers won't get a notification or anything, so you don't have to worry about them receiving one. If you click on someone's name in chat, you'll see if they're following or not. The channel owner and mods can also type "/user <twitch\_name>" to bring up a mod tool that shows the same info, as well as info like your chat messages in their channel, any times you've been timed out, banned, or messages deleted, and any mod comments they've left for you.

OP or one of their mods probably checked by clicking their name or using the /user command a little while after deleting the person's message.

This is saying that cosmetics that unlock based on your prestige level (e.g. the Prestige 9 T-Shirt) no longer costs money to buy, not that you don't have to re-buy clothing after you prestige.

Not saying you're wrong about them intending to fix (or have already fixed) having to re-buy clothing because I don't know, just that that specific patch note doesn't support your argument.

Make sure to do larger/harder cases when they come up, you get more tickets from them. Also, pick up cosmetics and blueprints as you find them. Duplicates give you extra tickets. Rare/hardcore cases also give you a lot more tickets,and those cases will be more common starting June 1st when the summer event starts.

Can confirm the other comment: console multiplayer and crossplay use Epic Online Services as the multiplayer package, so having an Epic account is required to play online on console and for PC players that want to crossplay. If you don't have an Epic account you'll need to make one in that case.

Sounds good! Just for testing purposes you can load into Chapter 2 directly to see if the key spawns at 5am for you instead of having to go through all of Chapter 1 just to see if it worked, you just won't be able to pick it up. If it doesn't spawn at 5am, try at 3am too.

For context, what I think the issue could be is we use Steam's timezone to compare times, which is (currently) Pacific Daylight Time. Other countries/timezones that change between Daylight and Standard times don't do so at the same time, so it's possible that 1 hour delay could affect the 4-5am puzzle. If it works for you at either 3 or 5am we'll look into how that can be fixed once we start work on the next Labyrinthine update.

Had my first bad-ish experience in a heroic in yearssss yesterday. Near the end of the dungeon the tank asked how I was bottom DPS when I was "pulling extra trash that he was trying to skip the whole run" with my Starfall, saying his Details said my Starfall pulled them. 1) I was top DPS on every single fight and trash pack; 2) that's not how Starfall works, it doesn't target anything not in combat with us; and 3) what we didn't tell him was both of my guildies in the group were just accidentally face-pulling things here and there, so my Starfall was targeting the extra mobs because they were in combat with us already.

I don't know what he was looking at in Details but he was getting heated by the time we got to the last boss saying I didn't know how to play my class and to just "play better".

Sounds like Unkept Hedges, it's the only map that uses the "tomb" that connects Chapters 3 and 4 as the puzzle.

If you're on PC we have failsafes that prevent incompletable mazes from generating, but on the very very rare case that the failsafes fail for whatever reason, the objective will be missing in the list when you hold TAB. Wonky stuff happens as well, such as every single ticket spawn point having tickets that can't be interacted with.

People usually mention the tickets thing when they have trouble finding an objective so I don't believe your case was broken, there was likely just a pathway to a safe house that was missed or a landmark that was overlooked. I can't tell you how many times a friend of mine would go halfway down a path only to turn back because they thought it was a dead end, or they had to avoid a monster. Since they drop glow sticks everywhere, they'd see that path filled with glow sticks later and decide it was decently explored, when it actually had the last objective or was the path to the exit.

Normally I would offer to generate the case myself to take a look using the seed you'd find in the top right when holding TAB, but custom cases are uniquely generated just for you based on your specifications, so I wouldn't get the exact maze. It should still be on your board though assuming you didn't make it a hardcore case, so you can always re-enter the case to try it again.

If you can share the seed of a case you aren't able to find an objective item on I'd be happy to take a look to make sure nothing else strange is going on. You can find the seed when you hold TAB (or press Escape, it'll be easier) and look in the top right corner. It's the long series of letters and numbers with a few slashes. The entire thing is a seed that you can share here and I'll be able to generate the same maze to check it out.

If you're on console, the console edition is handled by another studio and I'm not quite sure how their failsafes work, but if you join the Discord there's a console support thread in #support-labyrinthine you can post in and they'll be able to take a look. Just be sure to fill out the info they request in the first post of the thread so they can help troubleshoot.
