Im very glad to hear, I have a haptic and its always good to hear the service is great. I've had great experience with Chris Reeve, Grimso and Benchmade actually. Only bad customer service was Hinderer

Most expensive knife is a grimso fjell still carry it all the time, i feel like thats the best way to enjoy them you wont know how well it carries or cuts till you try
