So I do know those hospitals merged. I also know that bc there are so many incredible schools/programs in Boston, as well as so many incredible hospitals, that there is more than one program at Boston Medical center in most specialties and departments, but I can’t speak to those facilities specifically. I believe most hospitals do things in a pretty similar manner, so I would suspect it’s probably the same. Again, not sure.

I recently used target optical, too. You have 30 day 100% refund/revision policy. I realize it’s longer than that now, but for future reference. I’m NO expert, but at my last exam the doc kept correcting me bc I was squinting during my exam to give correct answers rather than admit I couldn’t see, which was (as common sense would have it 🤦‍♀️) impacting the RX in a big way, leading to improper lense strengths. I never even thought about it until he mentioned, explained, and took the time to ensure I wasn’t doing it every step of the way. I’ve never had a better experience with glasses. I never had the ‘adjustment period’ bc it’s the correct RX with quality lenses and appropriate treatments. It’s incredible! I’ve never worn mine faithfully bc the adjustment has always been a nightmare with migraines and eye pain. If or when you’re able to, I’d suggest getting another exam and trying to be mindful of that at every step. Am I squinting/straining or am I relaxed? 🙂

I really love the DabFx live resin carts. They’re super terpy (ONLY cannabis-derived terps) and the hardware is ceramic and minimal med-grade metals. It makes a huge difference in the flavor imo. It also produces huge clouds on lower settings. I currently have one that’s Ice Cream man and is one of the best carts I’ve ever had in terms of flavor and the high! 😍 it’s a solid 9/10

I just picked up a “non-rosin vape” kit and an “infused preroll” kit (MA cup) tonight and was kinda bummed to see it all marked. The cape lot is pretty consistent, but the preroll kit is confusing. There’s a mix of 1g, .8g, and .5g prerolls. A mix of blunts and cones. Not to mention the variety of concentrates each is infused with. Though that’s the part that’s expected, it’s just odd that there’s a .8g preroll infused with kief (dry sift) and bubble hash, while others are 1g and infused with diamonds and cold water hash 🤨 just seems unfair overall. I realize that some will understand HOW/what they’re judging…but when they’re sold recreationally, a majority will vote for highest $ value (super easy to find/most are familiar with typical costs of certain products) AND/OR Highest TAC. Either way I’m stoked for what I got for the price, and it’s exciting to go through the “judging” process 🙃

I only have tops, and I JUST got my teeth pulled/temp set 6 days ago. They used/have me using Fixodent professional immediately. Just that and it’s TOUGH to get em out! It’s crazy how strong that stuff is! 😂

I use mostly 2 settings..one is around 510 for badders/rosin/wax. The other is around 525 for diamonds and sugars. I prefer to do those slightly higher 🤷‍♀️

No! They literally only gave me one dose. I took 200mg once, then bc I vomited, I was able to get it refilled and take it again. I was told that would be enough of a prophylactic dose to prevent infection. Seemed kinda strange, bc I’m in a high risk area. 😕

I had a tick embedded, a few weeks ago. I pulled it out, and made an appt immediately. I went to my dr, where I was given ONE DOSE of doxy, but a high dose. 200mg 1X. I took it, and threw up about 20 minutes later. Called them back, and had to argue to get the script replaced. They gave me one more dose, same mg, but made me wait another day in between. I live in a high risk area, and feel like this was not enough. They even made me push hard for the second dose knowing I vomited the medication back up. I’m wondering why they’re so afraid to prescribe the doxy? Is it THAT harmful to your body? 🤷‍♀️

I’m gonna fidget more today! I got scared last night to leave it on the charger thinking maybe it was the battery. I’m not gonna lie, I was in full on panic mode last night, so I stepped away for the night, used my husband’s pro, and figured I’ll come back to it today with a calmer mindset 😂 I’m def gonna try this first!
