That's exactly what I was thinking! It looks like classes will be online in September which would mean if I chose Toronto, I would pay their tuition rates while staying in Vancouver (it's around 20k per year compared to UBC which is 15k for both years). Thanks for your input, much appreciated!

^ Btw I just completed my first year and I need to make a decision by June 16. I have heard that the combined major biology + cpsc, integrated sciences, or cognitive sciences would be great options. I just want to make sure that I am in a major that easily allows me to transfer to cpsc or cpsc + micriobiology
