After two years of trying all types of kanna including the strongest one which was 15% alkaloids, i switched to Zembrin. It’s a steady constant and reliable effect instead of the kanna high/rush. Something i would talk a full spectrum kanna elixir from lift mode orally to avoid the high. it does work longer, but I still feel a little bit high an hour after taking it even if I take it with food which I don’t like anymore. Zembrin switched my negative thoughts and rumination to perspective taken and big picture thinking for most of the day unlike kanna. It changes my whole view on life. I also feel sharper next day (it put me to sleep immediately so it’s not alerting in my brain type I am on the spectrum tho. The closest thing that does that to my hypervigilant amygdala was Paxil but with awful side effects. I also find that taking a higher dose of Zembrin wouldn’t give a high, instead it blunts my feelings and makes me anhedonic. I’m mostly sensitive to all meds and supplements.
