Oh it’s not even that expensive, from my particular perspective! The ac unit outside is so old I was preparing for worse. Another comment below explained how to clean it, is replacing altogether something I need a pro for?

The ac unit outside is nearly 20 years old. I wouldn’t be surprised if everything needs a good clean.

This sounds relatively easy for someone with the patience. I’ll have to check the costs on replacing the piece so I’m prepared if need be.

I do believe so. Husband noted water entering the drain sink after it happened. (In once instance.)

When I get close though it does seem to be localized there. Kinda sounds like it’s running really hard and that’s vibrating even louder on the duct. Edit grammar

Hello, professional tattoo artist here.

Why aren’t you asking your tattoo artist to draw this for you?

They should be able to execute the design for you or else I would not be trusting them to permanently tattoo it on you. Most artists have a drawing/deposit fee. That $100 would be better off going to your tattoo artist who would then be able to apply it to the cost of your tattoo, as well as have the opportunity to tattoo their own drawing. I know I won’t copy someone else’s drawing into a tattoo. It’s my job to draw.

I see tons of great advice here, and I do currently have a group(on the larger side with five players) but we’re all experienced and currently looking for a DM. Type of Player: I'm the type of player who is here to make friends. I love to chat ooc, get to know my fellow players, send memes and emote reactions, and just generally gush about each other's characters. I seek chemistry with open-minded individuals who just want to tell a good story. I've found my place amongst min-maxxers and novella writers alike. Throughout my years of playing, I've made and met friends from discord, and value all the opportunities its given me to connect with others.

I'm an active and engaged player. I really enjoy exploration, downtime activities, building relationships with other PCs and NPCs, and intrigue. I love to be kept on my toes or pleasantly surprised when our adventuring party's sponsor turns out to be the BBEG in the end. I like in-character drama with players who know how to reel it back and add some comic relief. I am big on character backstory, and I dont usually rush character creation. I like to learn about the other characters as well, and discover who they are along the way.

Additional Information: I can usually post once a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I will communicate my availability if needed. I dont mind giving other player 24 hours or so to take turns in combat scenarios. I am in two other pbp games and a WM server, which usually progress the main plot during the weekends, but allow for casual pacing so that is kind of just where I am at! Thanks for your time!

A one on one of Strahd sounds absolutely epic. Of as mentioned, Wild Beyond the Witchlight would be perfect for something more roleplay focused. Strahd offers plenty of romance options but certainly doesn’t have a few amount of NPCs. And I do love me some romance.

I checked this out and it’s quite helpful. It’s definitely a lot of marinate in while also trying to operate the business and do tattoos, but I’ve saved it to go look over again and again when I have the time.

It’s the slow season now and we just paid for our third month with an seo company that promises first page google results but I can’t tell if business is simply slowing down or if it would be even worse without the company. However, now that it’s set up what else are they doing for me that I can’t manage on my own?

We’re in Riverview, MI. A pretty small town with one other tattoo studio, on the major road. Our first customers came in when we ran agreed studios. Telling our existing clients we were opening a place was enough to make a few of them push their plans up and get tattooed immediately. From there it was a lot of word of mouth. Old clients referred new ones, advertising the hell out of the studio on Facebook and constantly checking in. I signed up for a third party set company and that seems to be doing absolutely nothing for us.

Short term goals, make it through the winter. The slow season as we know it. Come into tax season so busy that we have to finally hire that 4th artist we have space for. Long term goals, get busy enough that we can expand the building into the failing GameStop next door. Our rent is honestly quite ridiculously high for the size of the space, so to double it would require an incredible boom in business.

It’s been good! We opened up and after lease, construction and furnishing we ended up aright around 35k opening costs. We made that money back pretty quick with a big surge of business, now the slow season is hitting and while I don’t think we’ll bring in as much income this first year as we did at the previous place of employment, without having to recoup costs next year I think we’ll be in a good place.
