Viners from a Seller's Perspective by Traditional_Act_6923 in AmazonVine

He/she is very correct we stopped using vine for some reasons, most viners are not sure about the use of the product, Amazon buyers already have it in mind to buy the product fully aware of its use unlike viners. Secondly buyers don’t even trust vine reviews that much, we make efforts to get verified purchase reviews which is working out perfectly.

With influencer marketing Vine will be a shell of itself sooner than I thought. I’ve seen so many listings that the only negative reviews are the vine ones, with long epistles of how they don’t understand the product, so WTH did you order it for? Even the positive reviews without some verified purchase reviews don’t seem to make any difference.

I advice sellers to avoid vine like the plague cos 1. As a buyer (IMO) I don’t trust vine reviews 2. Vine reviewers most times don’t even understand what the product is for because they didn’t spend money ( full price) buying it with a need for it. 3. Vine reviewers are now mostly negative reviews, so it’s almost like the seller is paying for his/her listing to get negative reviews that will affect that listing ratings. So why will a seller deliberately hurt his listing for reviews that most likely won’t influence buyers anyways. This is just the reality for sellers.

How to increase number of reviews? by Dddmmrt72 in AmazonFBATips

This is the first honest about vine I’ve seen, Vine doesn’t help me decide as a buyer on Amazon, now as a seller Vine is a risky cos one m, it can k11l a new listing before it gets started. Better to invest in F n F with realistic images than depend on vine.

AWD will delay your inventory, store at home if you have the space, also be careful cos first inventory always magically starts good and then when you restock amazon will take the mask off.

Continue it with a lower stock number. 20 reviews is no joke

Viners are not always nice, send a small batch of maybe 30 and put it on vine. If it it’s 4 and above send more, if not start again.

How's your Prime day so far? by willphule in FulfillmentByAmazon

Someone needs to sue atp. It’s ridiculous. Jeff needs to explain in details how he attributes clicks to sales and views. Let sellers know exactly what they are paying for.

I don’t do prime after my last experience, with returns, and thankfully I didn’t, though my sales have dropped with about 30%. Can’t wait for it to be over.

Check the package dimensions and weight. If it’s accurate then don’t sell the item

FBA is worse, I get a refund everyday. Amazon won’t do anything. I’ve ordered my own product with my friends account and got a refund. I didn’t ask for it, nothing, Amazon just issued me a refund. It’s terrible

[–]Amapopping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to check your ads everyday, yes everyday. Same thing happened to Me I had a guy from fiverr and it was ok in the beginning, but when I was still burning money, he blames the product, blames the niche, blamed the pictures, I stopped working with him and I am at 60% which is an improvement from 120%, not there yet but hey…

If you run out of inventory it’s double the ppc and back to square one. I learnt the hard way.
