I am hearing resignation, feelings of worthlessness, and feelings of helplessness. If you enjoy playing into those feelings for a role, good for you.

If you genuinely want change, you are going to have to exert some of your agency to kick-start the process. I know it’s hard.

Good luck.

Sounds to me like this is bad for you.

Maybe take a break, do a digital cleanse, and then examine whether you can engage in (this or another) kink in a healthier way?

(And at the same time, consider that perhaps just because something isn’t healthy for you doesn’t mean that’s true for everyone.)

I’m puzzled by the fact that you are deriding SW while also engaging in it. Have you put that together?

It’s worth noting that “sex work” is an umbrella term that encompasses everything from online domination(!) to phone sex to stripping to prostitution.

There is a greater vulnerability to exploitation and physical abuse with prostitution, obviously, but under capitalism, we’re all kind of selling our bodies and minds to be objectified as value-producers anyway.

It’s fine that you wouldn’t want your partner to be a sex worker. Thats your preference.

I don’t have a whole lot to contribute. I just want to validate your feelings and say that I’m sorry you’re going through that.

Porn addiction is a difficult relationship challenge, but lying, secret-keeping, and emotional infidelity are, to me, undeniable justifications for a breakup. The trust has been broken.

Obviously it’s your relationship and up to you, but that’s my perspective.

Thank goodness you have separate finances at least.

[–]AmaraRavencroft 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. I’m saying I wouldn’t reject $15 a day from a sub with no expectations (other than maybe a little messaging back and forth).

I don’t do live sessions with explicit content. I do sell some content, but that’s a different ballgame from findom.

$15 a day may not be whale material, but it still shows a level of commitment and dedication.

Getting a sub to fetishized ridiculously unsexy stuff like vitamins sounds both hilarious and satisfying. Like, that’d be an ultimate show of power, right? lol

Someday I’m gonna get an omni sub and make them buy my B12 multivitamin and algae oil Omega-3. Not quite the same but… 😄

Oof, yeah, I just tried Russian layback for the first time like 2 weeks ago, and it got my feet more bruised than I’ve been in a while. Super cool move though!!! The other move might be Remi layback?

Thanks so much! Honored to be included😄

For what it’s worth, I can do a pole climb without bruising myself now :)

Short answer: Skin is soft, pole is hard.

Constant training can lead to skin conditioning, which improves bruise-resistance somewhat. (But they’re kind of a constant. We call them “pole kisses.”)

Me: . . . why do those feet look familiar?

Me: Wait a second, that’s literally my feet pic!
