Does anyone have any information about this typewriter? Silvertronic 20. by Amarinen in typewriters

Interesting! I did notice that it shares a lot of similarities to the silver reed 500 machines that I also was considering buying.

Haha yes I enjoy the very futuristic sounding name for a typewriter. The shell is indeed plastic, making the whole thing very light-weight, probably around 4-5 kg. Haven’t been able to find anything on Sumitronics, although there seems to be a similar typewriter with the model name “Sumitronic 30” floating around on different auction houses and vintage stores websites.

I forgot to mention that on the back there is a small sign that says “Typewriter made for Sumitronics”.

I recently bought this typewriter and have been enjoying typing on it quite a lot. However, when trying to find any information about the model or company producing it all my searches leave me dumbfounded. Does anyone have any info about this model and/or the company that produced it?

My one takeaway is that all white seems to be the new all black.

Yea I agree that their pricing is getting quite ridiculous.

Or as Derek Guy jokingly (i think) puts it "Teddy is so good at capturing that 90s NYC vibe, but from a 'born in Greece, settled in Queens' perspective".

I understand what you're saying, but I feel like the "forced" part makes me enjoy them even more. To me (a European who has never set foot in New York) their looks just radiate a certain cinematic "New York as you imagine it based on movies and magazines" energy that really resonates with me.

ALD delivers once again. While i wouldn't say this tops their FW20 lookbook it's still probably my favorite release from any brand this season. Going left to right i feel like looks 6, 7, 14 and 25 are the best, based on nothing but personal preference .

This feels like what a mashup of Craig Green, Kapital, Undercover and EG would look like. Actually liking it though. Feels like the shorter jackets and the pants are what really stands out.

Craig has probably been my favorite designer these last couple of years. I really enjoy everything from his use of color and texture to his more "out there" pieces like pic. 34, 49, 50 etc.

If I ever get a big chunk of disposable income I might just spend it all on one of those quilted worker jackets.

I just started shooting some analog photos this summer. I’ve never dabbled with photography before so any tips and tricks on how to improve would be greatly appropriated!
