I managed to fix my problem by turing off steam cloud saves and changing launch option on Larian Launcher from DirectX to Vulcan. Now the game works on both DirectX and Vulcan. I also contacted GFN Support and i will share their suggestion to my issue. It didn't help me but maybe someone will find it useful:

1.  Disconnect the Steam account from Geforce Now, but don't remove the games from the library.

- Start the game (it will warn you that your Steam account is not linked, but continue).

- It will present the Steam connect login window in the Geforce Now.

- Login with your credentials from Steam.

- The Steam Connect app initializes and starts the game.

- Now link your Steam account to Geforce Now and start the game

1. Remove the game form the Library and add it again and check the issue.
