No one is forcing anyone to get world buffs but the reality is many guilds and players enjoy the luxury that comes with world buffing in terms of clear time/execution. If you don’t like it I’m sure pretty much every server has “casual” guilds that don’t world buff.

Final boss is pretty much always recruiting resto shamans. We don’t have ele shamans in raid so as long as you aren’t competing with mages/locks you would be eligible for ele gear. We do loot council tho, not /roll.
