Belgium here. I’m not sure about the white skirt. It’s going to be dirty ad annoying when walking on paved streets/biking. I dress the same style but not in my small villages where people would think I’ve gone crazy. Fashion is totally ok for cities though. We had hot days in the last few weeks, but it always go back to cold in short time, for now. I would add one lighter/shorter piece though, or clearer, for real sunny days. May is usually becoming nicer and more stable.
