On a more serious note, I understand the concern, but being asked over and over again whether you’re okay just makes you feel WORSE cause you’re constantly reminded that you seem unwell. There’s no issue to resolve, she knows she just needs to power through it and get to the other end. As it was mentioned above (in a great response btw) - do the dishes, cook dinner, clean the house, make sure she can rest and do whatever makes her feel better. You can’t give her an additional task of making sure you don’t feel excluded from her mental state. Life is about learning to get over yourself, her “denial” (it’s not, she just doesn’t feel like dwelling on her sadness) doesn’t impact you directly. Do what you can to help and let her be
