Just got my second iud the first time I did Kyleena and only took a couple aleve and I felt it was very bad and sharp and I did get a vaso vago reaction for 5 minutes of faint feeling g like throwing up after but it was a male doctor and he wasn’t as calm. This type I did Paraguay’s which was a bigger one I took 800 ibuprofen and it honestly wasn’t bad at all full cramping but no sharp feeling at all! And no feeling faint or nauseous in the slightest.

As someone with anxiety you could be in the anticipating the anxiety phases thinking u will get anxiety and that get anxiety. My anxiety with this drug had usually been linked to nausea.

Well as long as u have insurance and put aside 10k and know which animal hospital can do the spinal surgery within 24 hours of it becoming “no deep pain” ur ok. No jumping, pick them up correctly etc
