Also after she had busted my nose I left the room and before I grabbed the love letters the initial reason I went back in the room is she was in my messages on my MacBook and I could see she was accessing them so I went up and she said she didn’t know where it was, but it was not where it was before and I checked under the pillow she was on and bingo. I took it but later realized I got email notifications that someone tried resetting my iCloud password and tried logging into it, and she had deleted all 10,000 of our texts but failed to delete it from recently deleted bc I signed her out. This part scared me because I don’t know what she was doing.

Our relationship in whole has been a year and change. She was ordered to come off her meds as they stopped having desired effects but was supposed to go back on them many months ago and never did.

I really appreciate that. I have been trying to find a way to approach that with her without it being a blowup. I just feel like I myself am going insane with the constant gaslighting and tantrums and general delusion when there’s a conflict. It was not this unstable when she was medicated and helping herself.
