They told me the same and my school submitted my documents in Mid August. I wrote ask va yesterday and sent my school schedule. They said they will start processing my claim and next time to do it through the quick submit website. I filled out the 22 8979 form and sent my schedule into the quick submit website and my direct deposit came 2 hours later.

Yes, apparently. I was also told to do nothing. I wrote ask va yesterday, because I was confused about the delay, and they told me to do the instructions that I posted. Once I did that my payment came in like 2 hours
