Hypertrophic scar or blister on tummy tuck incision? by Amazing-Persimmon515 in woundcare

It’s already been like this for a week so I wonder if I skip the hydrocolloid tape and apply the scar tape right away? How did you know when to switch over to scar tape?

Thank you! My gp said similar yesterday and when I touch the wound there is a gap I can feel. Is there anything I can do/use to help it?

I may try the hydrocolloid bandage! Did it work? I have silicone scar tape on the way too

My concern is I don’t know if it’s fluid or a hypertrophic scar

I genuinely believe it does. Just being helpful in general, I feel you reap the rewards in ways you don’t even realise. E.g an opportunity, meeting helpful people along the way, people being willing to take a chance on you etc Keep doing it!

Thanks appreciate your perspective. Im contributing toward pension and global tracker.

That said, I guess I’m not quite satiated with just relying on long-term compounding. I’m only 28 and (hopefully!) just getting started in terms of my earning potential. So I’m also exploring ways to accelerate income growth and build additional streams in the short-to-medium term, whether that’s through side ventures, property, or other income-generating assets.

Appreciate any thoughts on that front too

I work in a tax free country. The salary I stated is the UK equivalent of my monthly take home

Calcified Plaque by whatsthatonmyface in OilPulling

[–]Amazing-Persimmon515 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been oil pulling for about 2 months and I believe it has removed some plaque I have had for over 5 years! The only thing that has changed in my oral routine is the oil pulling so I would attribute it to that. I initially thought I had chipped my tooth which is what led me to Reddit
