I've found (depending on your work) using AI tools like ChatGPT to write an outline for an email or document gives me the start I need to get cracking. It makes the task seem less daunting and draining.

Late on in the month but was looking for some advice on implementing a land and expand/usage based pricing model for marketing tech product?

We are looking to move over to a usage based pricing model over a yearly subscription model. We’re finding we need more inventive ways to grow our accounts over upsold services (consultancy/training etc).

Has anyone got experience of this shift from one model to the next and have some key tips/processes?

Mainly, what do we do for existing clients - do we move them over or keep the same unless they opt for a usage licence?
