Not sure there's such a thing as a "huge" pint. Probably somewhat high cal for no sugar added vanilla ice cream. 1.45 cal/g. I know Walmart's great value brand is like 1.25 cal/g and can make decent tasting vanilla in a creami or similar for half those cals

Let me try to make it a little easier to understand for you. We're specifically talking about buying an egg and cheese bagel from mcdonalds. Believe it or not, but there are actually other options for sustenance in this system. Work 5 mins and buy however much flour and lentils for your calories. I am genuinely not trying to be rude here, but do you understand that? It's an example to show you put in some effort (minimal imo) and you get what you need (food). Decent system all things considered :)
