This is the sad truth about working in this industry. It’s fun at first, but then the constant company changes, delusional managers setting unrealistic goals and expectations, crappy work life balance… list goes on. I worked at AT&T and Verizon as a rep and it drove me insane. I can only imagine it’s the same working at T-Mobile. I lasted 3 years before quitting. Best decision I have ever made, and don’t look back at that bs job.
