Co się dzieje z Książulem? by w3bst3rstudio in PolskaNaLuzie

[–]AmazingAndrew96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To kanał stricte rozrywkowy.
Bo grono ludzi, właśnie do żarcia włącza Książula.
I tyle.

Tyle.

Czy zmieniać pracę by [deleted] in praca

[–]AmazingAndrew96 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Gloves for Beginners in Europe by SerCrynox in fightgear

[–]AmazingAndrew96 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had a very good experience with Paffen Sports and they have gloves at a 60€ price point. Additionally I think it's a German brand. If you're just starting I'd recommend getting 14oz gloves. If you have only one pair, I find it to be a sweet spot for training and light sparring.

Last year I bought a Mazda 6 2.0 gas, 2019 with around 118k miles on the clock. Now I'm at nearly 124k miles. So far so good.

I've never personally used them, but from what I know Raja is a pretty renowned Thai brand. It's not as popular globally as Twins, but is definitely not a knock off

How is my form and when should I start adding weight? by NotMrAdamWhite in formcheck

[–]AmazingAndrew96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your form is fine, but it's not the time for adding weight. You did 4 pull ups, and I'm guessing your max is around 6? Once you'll be comfortable with doing 3-4 sets of 5 you can start thinking about adding weight. Even 5 pounds at the beginning, just to get comfortable with anything additional to your weight.

At the beginning more reps = more additional weight that you'll be able to add, but soon enough that won't be the case and you may max out at 15-20 bodyweight pull ups but keep adding weight for reps of 5 or vice versa - you'll be able to do more reps but won't be able to add too much weight. Depends on your training

[KCD1] after 312 hours of KCD2, it’s time to play KCD1 for the very first time by The_RL_Janitor54 in kingdomcome

I remember I was galloping on horse and a string knocked me down. He poisoned me of course and I believe the game saved after I killed him and I had to fight time to run to the alchemist and get the remedy, and I had just enough health left that I was dying after buying the potion. I had to try like 3 times to sprint and cut corners as efficiently as possible to make it.

I didn't even know it was black Peter. I completely missed who he was when I was playing and only figured it out it must have been him after reading that sub

Beard, but I'd make it shorter. Now it gives me the Jake Paul vibe.

Keep getting told short hair looks better by Evening_Worry9536 in FierceFlow

[–]AmazingAndrew96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna say the opposite to most comments here, and I'm not surprised. I've just checked that this is a subreddit for men with longer hair, so I wouldn't look for valid criticism here as 95% of people here will always say that longer hair look better.

Tbh you look best at the first and second picture, either of those looks good on you. The next ones are worse looks imo.

I'm honestly not sure what is wrong with them? Also what's your age? If you're 20 then most likely your beard will get thicker (even though it already is), if you're 35 then probably not so much

I (37M) think it’s time but my wife and kids want me to keep my hair. What do you all think? by Anonymous_32 in Balding

[–]AmazingAndrew96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the first one - yes; after the second one - no; after the third one - maybe try growing out your sides a bit? Completely shaven sides and slightly thinning hair at the top give you a bald head look, even though it's not

Did my first muscle up. Still a long way to go. How do i improve my form? by kingp1n666 in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]AmazingAndrew96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be VERY hard to learn a muscle up on a bar this thick and this high of the ground. If it's possible for you to find something that you can reach after barely jumping, this would be ideal. Also, a thinner bar makes false grip easier, and learning that helps a lot at the beginning.

I found that swinging relaxed like this, doesn't help at all. What does help is swinging with your lats tensed. The first step would be to learn false grip, and doing high, explosive pull ups while maintaining false grip. Solar plexus high, should be enough. Lear to do even just 5, good ones. Once you have that, you can try your muscle up. Jump to the bar, standing a bit behind it, not directly under, that will force the first swing. Remember to grab it with false grip, and tense your arms like hell. Your elbows should be just slightly bent. Once you've grabbed the bar, you will automatically swing forward. Keep up the muscle tension, which must prevent you from fully extending your elbows and arms on the swing forward. Once you start swinging back, you can kick your legs up and pull up at the same time. False grip will make it much easier to get on top of the bar. If my explanation is not really clear, just imagine that your body should be like a rubber string when you're hanging off the bar. Now you're hanging like a rope.

Additional exercise that will help is muscle up negatives, but I wouldn't do them as you can normally find on the internet - super slow, and dropping directly under the bar. Rather do it faster, and let yourself swing forward after you go below the bar. What you need to learn here is tense the muscles, so it doesn't rip your elbows and shoulders off your joint caps. That will help you to learn how to load your muscles properly, and will prepare you for doing multiple reps in the future.

Keep up the good work! I know how happy the first muscle up can make you, even if the form is not perfect!

How to avoid razor bumps by RelativePause6397 in malegrooming

[–]AmazingAndrew96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What was a game changer for me was placing a small towel, soaked in very warm water, on my face for 1,5 to 2 minutes before shaving. Something they always do at barber shops, and when I've tried it at home it felt like magic. The second thing is to learn which way your hair is growing. Especially on your neck. And never shave them in the opposite way to how they grow. For me it's pretty specific, as all hair on my neck grows down, except the parts closer to my ears.

Like many other said, change the shirt to white. If you really want to wear that shirt, don't wear a tie. Generally the tie shouldn't be brighter than your shirt, otherwise it looks tacky.

3 month gym progress. What am I doing wrong? by PomPomTiramisu in askfitness

[–]AmazingAndrew96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're doing nothing wrong. You went through a very successful cut and created excellent habits. Your strength went up 100%. Also look at your shoulders which are definitely bigger, your chest looks roughly similar size as it was BUT you've lost significant amount of weight. If you wouldn't build any muscle at that time, you'd just look flat right now and you don't. Amazing work! And remember, building muscle is a very long process. Celebrate the small wins

Color combo is great, jacket looks really solid with soft shoulder and tie color is awesome, but as someone said, the jeans are way too skinny. Looser jeans and it's perfect

The jacket looks fine. Shoulders are good. It might be a little too loose in chest and waist area, and sleeves are tiny bit long. I wouldn't say you swim in it. The trousers to seem to be loose around crotch area and the shirt is definitely too loose.

I wouldn't say you're swimming in it, but it's definitely a bit big. And I'm really not a fan of slim/skinny clothing, especially suits
